The Toronto-based artist is an innovator in the industry who is now all excited for the release of four new tracks under her unique music project ELUSIVE THUGS.

Creating a message and the movement in music is something that VAYA VAYA has excelled at thus far in her career. With ELUSIVE THUGS, she ensures to break the sound barrier to make the truth scream. It is a sonic cry against deception, oppression, and spiritual decay. The four new tracks, she says, have been created to awaken the collective conscience. On August 9, ELUSIVE THUGS released four new tracks that have been created not just to entertain but also to disrupt.

Each of her new songs has guitar melodies that have the power to haunt listeners and voices that roar like primal instinct. The musical project is well on its path to transform music into a weapon, one that challenges deceit, lies and exposes darkness and calls for the restoration of truth, justice and divine connection. She emphasizes that her work is not aimed at becoming chart-topping hits, but most importantly, for breaking the sound barrier so the truth can scream.

VAYA VAYA explains that people today live in an age and time where they prefer ignorance over uncomfortable awareness. Darkness, she says, thrives in these blind spots, feeding power-hungry egos, systemic abuse and manipulative forces that strip away rights, dignity and even the innocence of children. ELUSIVE THUGS, she says, confronts the “spirit of Jezebel,” which is an ancient archetype of seduction and manipulation that persists in modern systems. It convinces people to trade purity for power, morality for pleasure and sovereignty for fear. Speaking about music as deliverance, the four new songs, EVER IN, !STAND UP!, BLOW OUT and STEP IN have already become tracks and are extending to be acts of sonic deliverance.

BLOW OUT tears away at the sanctification of pain and the glorification of cruelty with lyrics like, “DNA SUCKER. WON’T THRIVE CENTURIES OF MESS; DNA KILLER WON’T THRIVE DARKING ALL THE BLESS.” EVER IN questions complacency and false victory with lyrics, “Hey Little Crow, What are you hell’ya waiting for?” STEP IN declares war for permanent love and spiritual restoration, where every beat, every riff and every growl is designed to shake the listener into consciousness.

Talking about the Jezebel paradigm, VAYA VAYA says that ELUSIVE THUGS do not shy away from theological and mythic themes. The Jezebel is not just a biblical figure; it is a metaphor for systems that seduce, corrupt and drain the life force of humanity. These forces thrive on fear and a false sense of fulfillment.
