Yara Shahidi’s Adidas Originals Tracksuit at the MTV Awards

Yara Shahidi stepped out at the MTV Movie and TV Awards to present the award for best performance in a movie, and she used the opportunity to show us how she styles her new Adidas collaboration. The Grown-ish actress and producer wore one of her ReCreation Heritage printed tracksuits, a twist on the Beckenbauer, for which she took creative inspiration from her Iranian and African-American heritage. The silky material is an ode to her Grampie and his Persian rug shop, and the sleeves of the jacket can be pulled in with a drawstring for a slightly different vibe.

Yara wore the top open over a yellow Etro bustier for this occasion. She finished the outfit with Christian Louboutin pumps and vintage Cartier jewelry sourced from the archives.
