During a new interview, Kandi Burruss opened up about her lifestyle, revealing just how she managed to shed no less than 20 pounds in only a few months! The reality TV star previously gained some weight during quarantine, quite like many other people out there.
However, she has already dropped quite a lot and she told HollywoodLife that she is not done losing weight yet!
Kandi also told the news outlet all about her secrets to weight loss!
The star stated that she gained 20 pounds in 2020 but she shed it in a very short period of time.
‘I’ve lost 20 pounds since November. I want to lose 10 more pounds,’ she told the publication.

As for how she has done it, Burruss revealed that it was all diet based, more precisely, just completely eliminating bread and sugar from it.
Usually, the celeb starts her year with healthy habits but this time around, she did not wait for 2021 to roll around for her to make a change.
‘I always do this prayer fast during the first month of the year. But I actually did it for two months. December, January.’
About the process, she explained that ‘I took out all of the sweets. I stopped eating sweets, bread. I only drank water, no juices, and then I took some appetite suppressants so I did not feel hungry all the time. I am not even going to lie to you, I needed a bit of help, so it helped me stay on course.’
Kandi went on: ‘That basically was it and over the two-and-a-half months I lost twenty pounds and I would like to lose ten more although I have started eating sweets again here and there but I have to catch myself before I get out of whack again. But yeah, I want to lose ten more pounds.’
