After an explosive week of energy, Kylie Minogue finished the Glasgow leg of the Tension Tour. With many feeling her presence and charisma for the decades made Amsterdam perhaps the greatest of her shows, a pirate tweet mingling with the Japanese language and English set the lucky ones who got to view the show into overdrive.

This show was not just another stop on the tour, but an actual full-circle moment. London Tour fans who saw her at the home leg’s beginning placed a line under the tour with an even more explosive finish at the same venue. Another attendee of the event rated the night “100 out of 5;” appreciating Minogue’s energy and production visuals. For a long-time fan, it was an entirely new memory; the memories of 2005 came rushing in with the heat from the stage lights announcing her entry. To many, the experience of seeing Minogue live is far beyond a mere concert; it’s a tradition.

There were a few more negative reactions, one user oddly accusing Minogue of drug use to keep up her stamina-well, this was quickly contested. Most comments celebrated her undying talent: “A true icon giving your fans unforgettable moments,” “You lit up the stage with pure joy.” The majority though? Expressions of gratitude: many attendees thanked Minogue for making Glasgow her start and end; “permanent tradition” is what they called it, wishing it continues forever.
Keeping success in current times, it helps maintain excitement for the rest of the world tour with bands slowly working their way from Mexico to Iraq. “We’re getting closer!! Ahhh!!! Waiting for you in Mexico,” cheerfully quipped a fan while another followed with a diamond emoji as a tribute to Minogue’s sparkling career.

The consensus speaks for itself: In spite of a handful of weird ones or those criticizing comments, Kylie Minogue remains the danced-up-to-anything powerhouse. Onwards to the next stops, Remembrance of the electric ones in Glasgow will surely remain-a testimony of her still being the queen after all these years.
