The Game is taking his fitness journey to dangerous extremes and he is proud to show off the fruits of his labor. To give the world some sort of update on his latest 60-day fitness challenge, this West Coast hip-hop star held a press conference to announce that he dropped 40 pounds in less than 22 days, so the after photo is causing such an uproar. He jokes that he never was about to share that starting photo with him looking “krazy” at 300 pounds.

Bright lights glided over his chiseled muscles two weeks into the hard work in the fortuitous bathroom mirror selfie that started all the babel-the heavily tattooed torso-clad The Game in dark shorts. The little cartoon figure perched lovingly on the counter gave a whimsical contrast to what was almost a grim fitness flexcc. “I looked krazy coming back from tour 300 pounds hiding it under hoodies & baggy sweats,” he writes, laughing at himself. Now at 260, the goal is 235-which is the weight when he considered himself to have been in his “best shape of my life” when he and his boys used to hike Runyon Canyon daily.
The comment section has turned half into hype and half into a comedy club. One commenter went on joking about “turning up the brightness on their phone to see the print” in the terribly made photo, giving rise to a whole thread of laughing emojis. Another user made a claim of pride, “baby daddy,” however, that was immediately responded to with “He ain’t yo baby daddy” and more laughing emojis hitting the fan. Kimora Lee Simmons then floated an idea to restart the Runyon Canyon workout group of yore.
Yet, not all responses were would-be supporters. A hater tried to throw shade at the rapper’s mirror pose, branding it as “gay”-a weak attempt that practically drowned in support. More worrying was the anonymous claiming to have seen him “walking round like a little scared bitch” at a Northridge grocery, which… okay buddy, whatever puts you to sleep at night. Meanwhile, those other thirsty comments didn’t stop chanting the praises of This Body, “i know it’s big 😍😍😍,” and “lick all over that bodyy.”
The Game went on to shout everyone out who keeps him on track-a fitness team, trainers Matty Ice and A1 Fit, and a long list of other accountability partners. “We’re not done yet,” he assured, tagging #60DaysOfFitness and #GameBars-because even slime goes hard for rap bars.
The very second more impactful than the actual transformation is the mental one. This ain’t some celebrity crash diet-duh! G dude puts in daily work, eats clean, builds sustainable habits. The man is proud of himself, and that confidence just pours from this post. Whether he hits that 235 goal by day 60 or he disregards it, discipline already wins, and from the bombardment of supportive comments (minus the few trolls), the crowd is behind The Game’s healthier happier self.

The rapper’s fitness journey inspires well beyond celebrity culture. A serious reminder that transformation takes time, holding someone accountable, and showing up even when you don’t want to. Also, maybe don’t take a mirror selfie inside a dark bathroom unless you want the whole internet roasting your lighting choices. Well, then again, when you’re dropping weight this fast, you’ve earned a right to flex every which way you want.
