Perhaps John Munch’s most appropriate crossover appearance occurred on an episode of The Wire, entitled “Took.” The Wire, which also took place in Baltimore and was developed by Homicide: Life on the Street creator David Simon, seemed to be the perfect place for Munch to complete a long journey across multiple shows.
