The Boys are ready to make their triumphal return as Season 4 of the show wraps up filming. After another great installment, the Prime Video hit show went back to the set a couple of months ago, just a few weeks after the end of the recent episode, to make sure fans will be able to enjoy the new adventures of Billy Butcher and his allies against Homelander and the supes.
Earlier this week, some of the cast members shared photos through their social media to let the fans know they were done filming the upcoming episodes. Now the official series account did the same, sharing a special message by showrunner Eric Kripke, where he sends an emotional message to the audience and the team behind the show:

“One, to the cast, I love you so much. Thank you so much for all the talent. And good energy, and love, and leadership you all put into this part . To the crew, you guys are the hardest working, best f***** crew I’ve ever worked with by a f****** mile! The amount of passion that you put into this and the amount that you make this show your own is one of the great honors of my life. Hey Ari, is the gate good? The gate is great! That’s a wrap, thank you!”

What to Expect from The Boys Season 4
Amazon Studios
The Boys Season 4 will continue the story where it left off at the end of the third season. Homelander has further radicalized his position, also finding unexpected support from the public. After his bloody confrontation with Maeve, he had him on the verge of candy to finish off the rest of his enemies, but Ryan’s request makes him change his mind at the last moment. We’ll see if that’s the case the next time their paths cross.
On the other hand, Victoria Neuman has achieved her goal of continuing to thrive within the political system of the United States and is one step away from achieving a power that, in no case, should be in the hands of someone who has blown up human heads. For their part, Butcher and the rest of the team have their own problems to deal with before even being able to start thinking of going against Homelander once again.
As for the cast, we can expect the returns of Karl Urban, Antony Starr, Jack Quaid, Erin Moriarty, Jessie T. Usher, Chace Crawford, Karen Fukuhura, Laz Alonso, Tomer Capone, Claudia Domit, Colby Minifie, and Cameron Crovetti.
They’ll be joined by Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Susan Heyward, and Valerie Curry, newcomers for The Boys.
