Russell Brand Stuns Fans By Quitting Rumble Show To Pursue Hip-Hop Career Full-Time

Russell Brand has revealed what is sure to be an x-rated and jaw-dropping crosser in his career that has left fans speechless in the face of critics. The tengo-troubled comedian-turned-commentator has said about ending his Rumble show, Stay Free, in order to pursue his dream-full-time as a hip-hop artist-and it’s going to leave the internet surrounding an enormous crazy vibe.

“IT’S OFFICIAL: I am ENDING my Rumble show, Stay Free, to spit bars FULL TIME,” Brand proclaimed in his usual dramatic style. The 48-year-old provocateur added that he will ask fans to help suggest a rap name for him, going with “Hustle Brand” while challenging detractors to “Bring ’em on, bitches.”

Just months before making this announcement, several women accused Brand of sexual assault, rape, and emotional abuse-allegations he categorically denies while maintaining that he is the target of the mainstream because of his anti-establishment views. Obviously, the British firebrand will not allow any controversy to slow him down.

Fans had wildly mixed reactions to Brand’s sudden career switch. Some fans rejoiced, one chipping in on Instagram, “Haha, you’re so natural!” Another added, “It’s pretty good song. Nice.”

But the critics were not about to let that slide. One naysayer slammed,” From rapist to rapper,” While another bluntly stated,” You’re a pedophile.” One conservative-leaning follower joked, “He’s been Rumbled!” while a liberal critic demanded: “Why does Russell Brand support a sex predator like @RealDonaldTrump?”

The yay or nay included the religious community which also weighed on it, with one Christian commentator questioning: “Are you going deeper under cover because the world is figuring you out?” They made reference to that picture showing Brand in T-shirt mocking Jesus. They wondered aloud: “I thought you said you were a Christian?”

Had the fans not to beg put all kinds of potential rap names before Brand into a belly-laughing side discussion, including: “Rappin Russell the Hippity Hoppest,” “Rus-Dog,” and “Notorious RB.” One came up with a truly far-out one: “Russy Russ And The Brandy Bunch.”

It raised eyebrows at the timing, too, having come just days after Brand himself had launched his Rumble lineup. “Really? 2 seconds after starting this Rumble Lineup thing you’re already out?” grumbled a disappointed viewer. “I hope @TheQuartering gets his 1 pm spot back.”

While some are concerned, (“Hope everything is okay, sir!), others see it only as a dramatic performance-art stunt: “Going back to the circus then…🤡”.

This certainly would not be Brand’s first foray into music – he previously put out the comedy rap album “Russell Brand in New York City” in 2008. However, this would be a big jump for a media figure mainly known for his political commentary and opinions that can be seen as controversial.

While claims that Brand has been secretly doing music for months surface earlier, reputedly channeling them as outlets for creativity and means of paying the bills while going through legal troubles, it has further analyzed what all insiders are saying. “He sees this as a reinvention,” said one source close to the star. “Music doesn’t judge.”

Is the self-proclaimed revolutionary going to actually drop barbs instead of truth bombs? Is “Hustle Brand” capable of standing in the rap game today? One thing’s for sure; when Russell Brand makes a move, the world can’t help but watch…and argue.
