Even when she’s in scrubs, she dresses the part. “I love jewelry, stacked necklaces and earrings, but since I can’t wear rings or bracelets while working, I got into hand tattoos. That’s my kind of statement piece.”

Her fashion mood board is a playful balance: Cher Horowitz from Clueless meets Rachel Green’s classic 90s minimalism. “I love putting outfits together, even for off days. I’ll literally make Pinterest boards and plan looks in a notebook. It brings me joy.”

When asked what beauty trend she’d cancel, her answer is clear: “Beef tallow as skincare. It’s clogging pores and confusing people. We need to move away from hype and lean into what actually works. I’m loving the trend of people finally seeing estheticians and building custom routines. That’s the real flex.” If you’re going to take advice from anyone online, make it a pro like Caela.
