Miley Cyrus Stars in Short Film For Gucci’s Aria Campaign

Miley Cyrus really knows her angles, whether she’s posing on the red carpet, shooting a music video, or, in this case, laying in the grass for a Gucci campaign. In a self-directed short created for the April 14 launch of Gucci’s new collection, Aria, the “Prisoner” singer looked blissful as she tossed confetti, petted her dogs, and rolled around in what looked to be her backyard, her playful personality shining through the minute-long clip. Once you get past her contagious smile, you’ll notice the gorgeous suit she’s wearing, that proves you don’t need a glamorous fashion show or party to get dressed to the nines.

For the debut of creative director Alessandro Michele’s newest collection, Miley wore a bright green logo-covered jacket and matching high-waisted trousers, which she paired with a crisp white blouse. And of course, we can’t forget the accessories — Miley chose a pair of oversized sunglasses, silver platform wedges, and green socks to match.

Serena Williams, Jared Leto, Lou Doillon, and Chris Lee also joined Miley in celebrating the upcoming debut, giving glimpses of the invite for the show celebrating Gucci’s 100-year anniversary. Get a closer look at Miley’s short, as well as the other promotions, ahead.
