That very recent episode does the least to keep all watchers of the Netflix hit series ‘Building The Band’ excited. New groups are being formed and taken under the tutelage of industry greats, triggering fiery debates amongst viewers regarding who actually deserves to win. Recently, McLean also took to Instagram saying that the fans had finally chosen the groups for whom they had voted, and the population had responded passionately on behalf of various contenders.

To give the feel of a fantastic day, the image accompanying the post features practically four men in conversation with a platinum-haired figure, probably McLean, in what possibly looks like a mentoring session at the studio. The purple daylight on the stage, along with the diversity of the contestants, suggests a dynamic atmosphere of competition that has very quickly become a passionate affair for most viewers.
Without a delay, fans went on to comment about their favorites. One promoted the first group with fervor, while another could barely contain the excitement for the next gig of the third group. Some went as far as to suggest humorously renaming one of the already famous girl groups to “3Sum”, which elicited hilarious responses from the fans. Others, however, confessed to binge-watching all four episodes when released and getting ready to rewatch them straight thereafter.
Though there were those fans that did not appear to be content. One comment queried whether McLean had worked with just one band, in some strange way insinuating favoritism. While another remembered with fondness a contestant from a music competition ages ago but lamented their elimination.
The fandom extended beyond bands. Some were genuinely praising McLean in the Roundtable as being “amazing” and “incredible,” with one of them making plans to watch the newest episode mid-flight to Vegas!
New episodes are coming up, and a gradual pulse of excitement is building up! Whether they are joined by the bags or apart from the first boy band and the underdog girl band, the fans are clearly invested in the journey. Judging by the comment section, the heat is here to stay.
By the looks of it, the man McLean has undeniably gotten the magic of discovery, giving viewers a back-stage pass to the birth of musical greatness, with Netflix as its stage and absurdly high stakes!
