The clip that Renee shared had Bowman giving some celebrity-worthy candid remarks about the ownership of one’s health: “You don’t have to be a nurse or a doctor; you just have to be interested!” What a powerful statement, right? She also talks about the importance of being aware of what happens in your body; she calls it a “superpower” to convert and improve people’s lives. A large portion of the conversation is centered on how to improve one’s health without taking these ginormous, way-off-the-charts actions-because come on now: nobody would just go from eating barbecue sandwiches to eating mushrooms.”
Renee’s caption thanked Monica Denise for connecting her to Bowman and calls her a “national treasure.” Love for this episode has come from everywhere. One fan described the episode as so impactful that it has actually changed his diet concerning an ailment he had. Another joke comment went on to say how serious they are about being health-conscious and so “even my cousin’s been poking fun at me for needing ‘equipment and labs’ at home.”
The excitement just kept coming! Another listener heavy on herbalism and wellness expressed their great feelings of inspiration, while other comments praised the entire season for mind-bending content. One warm comment shed light on Renee’s transformation as, “My heart is so full just being able to watch your growth journey with God and in turn, the podcast’s growth.”
And then a bit of a dose of life-checking real struggle: “When you over #40, that happy weight be fighting you to stay in all the wrong places!” Real struggle, and Bowman’s advice seems to be hitting all the right spots for a lot.

Needs-to-GOLLY-talk-health ownership; without a doubt, informative episode. One commenter hit it perfectly again: “The book of YOU is what matters!!!” With comments rolling in like this, Renee and Bowman certainly have one more hit under their belt.
What is one thing that can make the health buffs or just-witless-dipping-toeless-far-off-the-wellness-straight-and-narrows tune in? This one episode. All the early buzz begs the question: how soon can this worldwide release be?
