Kaley Cuoco and Tom Pelphrey Welcome Daughter

Kaley Cuoco and her boyfriend, “Ozark” actor Tom Pelphrey, have welcomed their first child together. Cuoco announced the exciting news on April 1, revealing her daughter’s name and sharing several sweet photos of the little girl and of the couple’s new family.

“Introducing, Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey, the new light of our lives!” wrote Cuoco. “We are overjoyed and grateful for this little miracle 💓 Thank you to the doctors, nurses, family and friends who have helped us immensely over the last few days. We are blessed beyond belief 💗 @tommypelphrey didn’t think I could fall even more in love with you, but I did.”

In his own post, Pelphrey included a quote from the 13th-century Persian poet Rumi and wrote, “My heart is full of love and gratitude for this miracle.” Added the actor, “Eternally grateful for the strength and bravery of my soulmate and best friend @kaleycuoco. You are incredible.”

Cuoco announced her pregnancy in October of last year. She has since shared numerous updates throughout her pregnancy, as well as glimpses at her baby shower and changing baby belly.

The couple first confirmed their relationship in May and then made their public debut as a pair at the Hollywood Walk of Fame star-unveiling ceremony for television producer Greg Berlanti. The “Meet Cute” actor and Pelphrey, who were both nominated for 2022 Emmys, made their first joint red carpet appearance at the awards ceremony in Los Angeles in September.

The baby is the first for both Cuoco, 37, and Pelphrey, 40. Cuoco was previously married to professional equestrian Karl Cook for three years before announcing their split last September with a joint statement. Before Cook, Cuoco was married to tennis player Ryan Sweeting from 2013 to 2015. Pelphrey has previously been linked to other actors including Jaimie Alexander, Lili Simmons, and Gina Tognoni.
