Who Will Guest Star on ‘Euphoria’ Season 3? Trisha Paytas, Eli Roth, More

Euphoria is welcoming a star-studded cast of guest stars to usher in its final season. Internet personality Trisha Paytas, horror filmmaker Eli Roth, Orange Is the New Black alum Natasha Lyonne, The Woman in the Yard star Danielle Deadwyler and True Blood’s Sam Trammell will all be joining the hit teen drama.

It was previously announced that Sharon Stone (Basic Instinct), Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (Oz), Marshawn Lynch (80 for Brady), Toby Wallace (Babyteeth), Darell Britt-Gibson (Fear Street franchise) and Spanish singer and songwriter Rosalía would also be among the many new cast members making their Euphoria debuts in Season 3. Other guest stars will include Bella Podaras, Bill Bodner, Cailyn Rice, Colleen Camp, Gideon Adlon, Hemky Madera, Homer Gere, Jack Topalian, Jessica Blair Herman, Kwame Patterson, Madison Thompson, Matthew Willig, and Rebecca Pidgeon, according to Variety.

Zendaya Coleman will reprise her role as Ruby “Rue” Bennett, alongside costars Hunter Schafer, Jacob Elordi, Sydney Sweeney, Colman Domingo, Eric Dane, Alexa Demie, Maude Apatow and more. However, Storm Reid, who notably played Rue’s sister, Gia, will not be featured in the show’s last season. Another familiar character that won’t be returning is Fez. Angus Cloud starred in the first two seasons of the show as the troubled drug dealer, but he tragically passed away in July 2023. His role is not being recast.

The third installment of Euphoria reportedly began filming earlier this year after a lengthy hiatus following the Season 2 finale in February 2022. Although a premiere date for the final installment of the HBO Max series has yet to be announced, it’s expected to air some time in Spring 2026 with a total of eight new episodes.

‘Euphoria’ Season 3 Promises a Time-Jump Twist

High school is out, and real adult life is in! Season 3 of Euphoria will feature a time jump to give fans a deeper look into the characters’ lives outside their teenage years. Zendaya shared details on the impending shift during a sit-down with Entertainment Weekly’s “The Awardist” podcast in October 2024. The Spider-Man: Homecoming star called the transition “important,” pointing out that there’s “only so much high school drama” and cheating scandals that the show could explore before the conflicts become too repetitive.

“It will be fascinating to see and understand these characters outside of the context of high school and how all the stuff that we saw when they were kids, and they were in high school affects the adulthood they have and who they become in a much bigger world. I’ll be interested to see what happens too.”

While Zendaya didn’t say exactly how long the jump would be, costume designer Heidi Bivens revealed there was “talk of it being approximately five years in the future” in an April 2023 interview with Vogue.

“Dorothy’s not in Kansas anymore. I mean, it might be a total trip. Who can say? But knowing Sam’s (Levinson) brain, it’s gonna be exciting, and he will challenge all of us, because he won’t want to repeat himself. It’ll be something new for the audience to discover.”
