The complete soundtrack to EA Sports FC 27 has been revealed, with Royal Blood, The Strokes, Blossoms, Yard Act and more all featuring in the latest installment of the long-running sports game.
EA Sports FC 27 launches later this month (September 25) but fans who pre-ordered special editions of the football title can play from September 18. Ahead of the game going live, EA have revealed the full soundtrack for the game.
“Over the past 20 years, the EA Sports FC soundtrack has become an international institution,” said Steve Schnur, president of music & marketing for EA games. This year’s edition of EA Sports FC features music from 120 artists from 36 different countries.
“The world’s game is annually enhanced by the world’s soundtrack, and FC 27 delivers one of our most globally representative playlists yet,” he continued. “These are the songs that will both define the year ahead and last a lifetime. We’re proud to deliver this exceptional celebration of artistry, culture and the power of music to bring people together like never before.”
Alongside viral hits and breaking bangers, the EA Sports FC 27 soundtrack features currently-unreleased music from Mura Masa and Cage The Elephant. “EA always puts together a killer soundtrack for FC, so we were thrilled to have our brand-new song ‘Dying In Reverse’ make its debut this year,” said Cage the Elephant in a statement. “We can’t wait to hear it in the game.”
