Drake Threatens to Pull up on Serena Williams’ ‘Groupie’ Husband

Drake is breaking the internet today.

The Canadian Rapper is already going viral for blasting Meg Thee Stallion, and calling her a “liar” for claiming that Tory Lanez shot her. It’s all part of his latest album, and the internet is looking at each lyric with a fine tooth comb. It appears he had smoke for everyone on the new album. On his track Middle Of The Ocean he threatened to pull up on Serena’s husband.

Here’s the back story. Before marrying internet entrepreneur Alexis Ohanian, the founder of Reddit, Serena and Drake dated. The two had a deep relationship and a solid friendship, but their relationship never turned into anything serious.  Ever since Serena married Alexis, Drake has continued, to drop subtle hints that he’s interested in rekindling things with the tennis superstar.

In the  past Alexis posted a few sub-tweets aimed at Drake.

Well, Drake fired back on his new album. Drake rapped:

Sidebar, Serena, your husband a groupie.

He claim we don’t got a problem but

No, boo, it is like you comin’ for sushi

We might pop up on ’em at will like Suzuki.

Alexis is an American internet entrepreneur and investor. He is best known as the co-founder and executive chairman of the social media site Reddit along with Steve Huffman and Aaron Swartz. He also co-founded the early-stage venture capital firm Initialized Capital, helped launch the travel search website Hipmunk, and started the social enterprise Breadpig. He was also a partner at Y Combinator.

Ohanian is based in Florida, where he lives with his wife, tennis player Serena Williams, and their daughter, Alexis Olympia Ohanian.

As of 2019, Forbes estimated Ohanian’s net worth as $70 million.

At this point it’s a badge of honor being mentioned in a Drake track.
