Final Thoughts

The 2022 FIFA World Cup, the 22nd FIFA World Cup, will be held in November and December 2022, after it was initially scheduled to be hosted by Qatar in June and July 2022 before being moved due to the excessive summer temperatures in the country during that time. The event will include 32 national teams, which consists of 31 teams determined through qualifying competitions and the automatically qualified host team.
