Last week, Rebecca Minkoff and Ali Wyatt, co-founders of the Female Founder Collective (FFC), brought together a curated group of influential female founders, executives, and thought leaders for The Founder Reset, an intimate afternoon hosted in partnership with ELEMIS at the Montauk Yacht Club.
Set against the waterfront at Sunset Pier, the private gathering convened women building and leading some of today’s most dynamic brands for a salon-style lunch centered around candid conversation, meaningful connection, and the realities of building brands that resonate, scale, and shape culture.
Rather than a traditional panel format, the conversation was guided by the collective experience and perspectives around the table, creating an open exchange around brand building, leadership, growth, and navigating the increasingly complex demands of entrepreneurship. The intimate setting gave attendees the opportunity to share ideas and experiences with peers who understand the unique opportunities and challenges that come with leading a company through its next stage of growth.
Notable attendees included Jenne Lombardo, Katia Beauchamp (BuffBeauty), Rachelle Hruska (Lingua Franca), Daphne Oz, Sabrina Rudin, Alison Chemla (Alison Lou) Marie Forleo, Rebecca Minkoff (Rebecca Minkoff), and Ali Wyatt.
“So many of the founders, executives, and leaders within FFC spend time out East during the summer, and it was important for us to meet them where they are and create an intentional space to come together,” said Wyatt. “The Hamptons gave us an opportunity to galvanize this incredible community in a more intimate setting—to step away from the day-to-day, have the conversations that really matter, and strengthen the relationships that continue long after we leave the table.”
Following lunch, guests made their way to the ELEMIS Wellness Cabana, where they enjoyed express treatments and an opportunity to recharge before the afternoon came to a close. The experience brought ELEMIS’ expertise in skin wellness and self-care into the founder journey, recognizing the importance of creating intentional moments of restoration for women operating at the highest levels of business and leadership.
The Founder Reset is part of Female Founder Collective’s continued commitment to creating highly curated spaces where women founders and executives can step outside of the day-to-day demands of running their businesses to build meaningful relationships, exchange ideas, and gain perspective from women navigating similar stages of growth.
