Paris and Milan Fashion Week are always a spectacle. But for Mia Rowe, founder of The Mia Edit and co-owner of the renowned aesthetics and plastic surgery practice Rowe Plastic Surgery, the week is less about spectacle and more about access.
Rowe attended a whirlwind lineup of the season’s most anticipated shows, moving from Milan to Paris with a front-row seat to the industry’s most powerful houses and the celebrities who orbit them.

Her week began in Milan on February 28 at Dolce & Gabbana, where the house presented its collection at the legendary Metropol venue. Known for its theatrical energy and unapologetic glamour, the show delivered exactly what the fashion crowd expects from the Italian powerhouse. The celebration continued well into the evening at Metropol’s after-party, where editors, stylists, and international guests toasted the start of a new fashion season.
From there, Rowe joined the Paris fashion circuit.

On March 3 she attended Christian Dior beside the Bassin Octogonal, a quintessentially Parisian setting that framed the house’s latest collection. Dinner followed at Le Grand Café, where guests continued the evening in classic Paris style.
The following day brought the dramatic silhouettes of Balmain at Rue Campagne Première. Balmain’s confident aesthetic drew a high-energy crowd, which later carried over to a dinner at Le Pompon.
On March 6, Givenchy staged its show beneath the grandeur of the Hôtel des Invalides. Guests later gathered on Rue de Rivoli for an intimate dinner that extended the evening’s fashion conversations.
The week wrapped on March 8 with Alexander McQueen, one of Paris Fashion Week’s most emotionally charged presentations. The evening concluded with a celebration at Maxim’s de Paris, where insiders marked the close of another packed fashion calendar.
Fashion week, of course, is as much about who is in the room as what appears on the runway. During the week, Rowe met media icon Oprah Winfrey and found herself seated front row alongside global superstar Madonna, moments that underscore how fashion week continues to bring together leaders from fashion, entertainment, and culture.

Rowe also experienced some of the quieter luxuries that define the Paris fashion circuit. Private invitations to Hermès and the legendary Paris jeweler JAR offered a glimpse into the craftsmanship and heritage behind the industry’s most coveted pieces.
For Rowe, these experiences ultimately inform her growing lifestyle platform, The Mia Edit. The platform serves as a curated resource for women navigating demanding professional and personal lives, connecting them to a global network of experts across fashion, beauty, wellness, and aesthetics.
Her international Rolodex includes leading physicians, estheticians, stylists, makeup artists, hairstylists, designers, and wellness professionals. The idea is simple: if you don’t have time to search for the best, Mia Rowe already has.
Fashion week may last only a few days. But the inspiration gathered in Milan and Paris travels far beyond the runway.
And for Mia Rowe, it becomes the foundation of the next season of The Mia Edit.
