Capri Holdings Could Sell Versace and Jimmy Choo

Capri Holdings could be selling Versace and Jimmy Choo from its portfolio, according to a source. Whether it’s a package deal or two separate transactions isn’t clear. However, the suspected sale was a “data room” opened for potential buyers on the two luxury businesses—and interest in the two brands is alleged to occur by Christmas. While the terms of the sales are not known, the sale of these businesses will likely require many auction rounds. Read more about the news on Fashion United.

Gucci Unveils Sabato De Sarno’s Minimalist Pre-Fall 2025 Collection

For Pre-Fall 2025, Sabato De Sarno has leaned into his signature minimalism at Gucci—with a dash of added drama. The designer’s latest lineup includes a variety of sharp men’s collared shirts, shorts, and ’70s-inspired suits. Womenswear focuses on monogrammed and shaggy jackets, belted skirt suiting, and matching sets, all filled with De Sarno’s signature Ancora red and pops of light yellow, tonal green, gray, and deep brown. The brand’s accessories assortment includes its latest small Blondie bags, slouchy totes, duffles, and Jackie bags in dark chocolate and olive green hues, accompanied by two-toned penny loafers, equestrian boots, and soaring platform horsebit mules. It’s certain that De Sarno’s established his signature color palette, silhouettes, and minimalist style at Gucci, while still finding space to play and experiment within its rich heritage.

Gwyneth Paltrow Stars In Saint Laurent’s Sleek New Campaign

Gwyneth’s got a brand new gig! Anthony Vaccarello has tapped Gwyneth Paltrow to star in Saint Laurent‘s Spring 2025 campaign by David Sims, which finds the Goop founder outfitted in a faintly oversized black tuxedo. However, sharp suiting isn’t all Paltrow has up her sleeve—she later swaps the tux blazer for a slick belted leather jacket and angular sunglasses. Chic! The moment continues Paltrow and Vaccarello’s recent muse pairing after she was spotted at his Spring 2025 show at Paris Fashion Week. Only time will tell if we spot her in the FROW again!
