‘When motivation runs low – discipline has to take over. @getstuntfit My Lifestyle. I crave the challenge and I want more because how strong it really makes me. I don’t have many to look up to. My drive and dedication truly does comes from within myself. My daughter will grow up seeing the strength of a woman in all aspects. But there’s days I don’t have it in me. Or so I think,’ Erica began her post.

She continued and said: ‘Those are the days you really have to push yourself. It’s the power us Queen are blessed with. We can make everything and anything happen. Just never forget WHY because you truly deserve it. The results are just the bonus. It’s you being truly unstoppable that’s the real prize. I hope this gives you a push to not give up. Especially to ALL mothers. There’s no excuses. Only the ones you make up. Thanks @drewvisions For helping put together this big project I’m so passionate about. Loaddding ????????
