Henry Golding and Liv Lo Welcome First Child Together

It’s official: Henry Golding and Liv Lo are parents! On Monday evening, the Crazy Rich Asians actor and fitness entrepreneur revealed the exciting news on Instagram, sharing that they had welcomed their first child on March 31. “This woman right here. Beyond anything I could have ever imagined. Your strength brought us our greatest joy. Thank you, I love you ♥️,” Henry wrote alongside a sweet photo of the new family of three. Liv shared a series of photos of her at the hospital, including an adorable close-up shot of the newborn, writing, “On March 31st our lives changed forever.”

Liv also went on to share her postpartum plans, which she detailed in a blog post on her site, FitSphere. “40 days, or about 6 weeks postpartum, is the first postpartum exam with your OBGYN,” she wrote, while 39 weeks pregnant. “Until this clearance happens I am not keen to get back to work or sharing with the world how I am feeling. This may come as a shock or disappointment; however, in my self-reflection, it has become clear that I need to set these boundaries for myself and my family.”

The couple first met on New Year’s Eve in 2010, and basically fell in love at first sight. The two eventually tied the knot in 2016, and back in November, announced they were expecting their first child together. Congratulations to the happy couple!
