Kevin Jonas is releasing a new solo single called “Little Things” on May 15, 2026. The announcement came via Instagram this week with a notably brief caption. It read: “‘Little Things’ is all yours on May 15th 🫂”
No teaser clip, no rollout hype. Just a title, a date, and a hug emoji.
The brevity didn’t dampen the response. The post crossed 102,000 likes, a sign that his audience is paying close attention. Republic Records is attached to the release.
Kevin is the oldest of the Jonas Brothers, the group that also includes Nick Jonas and Joe Jonas. The trio has been a fixture in pop music since the mid-2000s. Their 2019 comeback was one of the year’s more-watched music events. The album “Happiness Begins” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, and a reunion tour followed. The documentary “Chasing Happiness” gave fans a close look at the band’s rise, split, and return. The brothers have stayed active since, continuing to tour and release music well into the mid-2020s.
Solo output has looked different for each member. Nick Jonas built a full solo discography alongside group activity and has kept releasing independently. Joe Jonas fronted DNCE. The band landed “Cake by the Ocean” in 2015, and Joe rejoined the Jonas Brothers ahead of the 2019 comeback. Kevin’s solo catalog is much thinner by comparison. He released some material earlier in his career and has kept a low solo profile since.
Away from music, Kevin has stayed busy in other areas. He married Danielle Jonas, and the two appeared in the E! reality series “Married to Jonas.” They have two daughters. He’s also worked in real estate and construction. He’s spoken in interviews about building an identity outside of the usual music industry rhythm. Among the three brothers, he’s maintained the quietest solo presence.
The “Little Things” announcement doesn’t come with supporting detail. No collaborators have been named, no album is attached, and no audio preview has surfaced. The caption phrase “is all yours” positions the track as fan-first. No further framing around the release has been shared. The release format, standalone single or part of a larger project, hasn’t been confirmed.
Republic Records is handling distribution. The label has backed Jonas Brothers releases through the comeback years, giving a solo Kevin Jonas outing real reach from day one.
The engagement numbers at the announcement stage are worth noting. Over 102,000 likes on a low-key caption, ahead of any promotional push, shows the audience is ready. Kevin Jonas hasn’t released solo music in some time. The interest around “Little Things” suggests that gap hasn’t cooled demand.
The single drops May 15, 2026, via Republic Records.
