Nikki Bella and Brie Garcia are back on the mic tomorrow, and they’re bringing two weeks of stories with them.
The official Instagram account for The Nikki and Brie Show posted a teaser Tuesday ahead of the June 18 episode. “And after the last couple of weeks? There has been a lot of fun that’s been had,” the caption read. The post closed with a call to “tune in for the debrief and catch up with our girls TOMORROW!”
The caption stays vague about what went down. The tone, though, is unmistakably upbeat.
The Bella twins made their names in WWE as a tag team, becoming two of the most recognizable figures in women’s wrestling. They won championships, headlined pay-per-view events, and helped push women’s matches into a larger cultural conversation during an era of real change in the sport. The E! reality series Total Divas premiered in 2013 and ran for nine seasons. It pulled back the curtain on their lives inside and outside the ring. A follow-up series, Total Bellas, gave both sisters even more room to tell their own stories.
The cameras eventually stepped back. The podcast stepped up.
The Nikki and Brie Show became the next chapter, a platform they run on their own terms. Episodes cover family milestones, health, personal setbacks, and whatever else is happening in their lives that week. For longtime fans of the twins, it’s been a reliable way to keep up with who they are outside the ring.
Both sisters have kept full lives beyond the podcast. Brie Bella’s husband is Bryan Danielson, known to wrestling fans as Daniel Bryan. He’s widely regarded as one of the finest in-ring performers of his generation and has remained active in the wrestling world. Brie has built her own lane in wellness and independent media alongside that. Nikki has made several public returns to WWE over the years and has been candid on the podcast about her health. Her in-ring career ended early due to a spinal injury, and she’s shared that story on the show in full.
The twins have also stayed active beyond the podcast, with business ventures and public appearances keeping their presence steady. Both have been open about their lives as mothers and entrepreneurs. That openness is exactly what’s made The Nikki and Brie Show feel like something worth coming back to.
The debrief framing for tomorrow’s episode sets a particular kind of expectation. Two weeks of living, distilled into one sitting. Whatever the twins have been up to, they sound ready to lay it all out.
That’s the appeal of the show in a sentence. Life happens. Then Nikki and Brie talk about it.
The episode drops June 18.
