Days of Our Lives Spoilers for the Week of 3-30-26 Finally Give Kristen A Long-Overdue Confrontation, While EJ Reveals Lexie To Someone Special

Finally!

Ever since Sophia started bothering Rachel on Days of Our Lives, I’ve been waiting for Kristen to realize the extent of the damage and confront the troublemaker, who is no match for her.

Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of 3-30-26 promise that exactly that will happen, while elsewhere, EJ makes a move that might not go as planned.

Kristen Should Have Confronted Sophia Months Ago, But Better Late Than Never

I was incredibly disappointed when Kristen met Sophia for the first time in Bayview and didn’t immediately see through her little scheme.

Sophia is an amateur troublemaker compared to Kristen, who is legendary in her ability to lash out at those whom she believes have harmed her or her daughter.

With how protective she is of Rachel, it was also inconceivable that Kristen didn’t suspect anything when she found Sophia in Rachel’s room the first time. This woman is a master manipulator who was willing to go to prison to keep Rachel out of trouble, for goodness sake!

But that’s all over now, because Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of 3-30-26 promise, in no uncertain terms, that the long-overdue confrontation WILL happen.

Kristen is not in the mood for games, either.

She’s already heartbroken that Rachel was sent back to Bayview, and now she also knows that Sophia more or less framed Rachel for poisoning Holly.

Brady will confront Rachel about that incident on Monday, and Rachel likely will tell him the truth.

She has no reason not to, probably feels bad that Holly got sick, and may believe in the back of her mind that if she tells the truth, Daddy can stop the judge from sending her back to Bayview.

Even if Rachel doesn’t come forward, Kristen can get it out of her, and all that wrath Brady wouldn’t let Kristen use against Marlena is going to get directed toward Sophia. This is going to be epic!

However, I hope Kristen can avoid ableist comments about Sophia’s supposed inability to speak.

Kristen has already implied that Sophia being non-verbal was part of why she was bad for Rachel, and I don’t need or want that kind of attack against people who really are unable to speak to be part of the scene.

Is This The Beginning of the End For Sophia?

It seems like Sophia’s plan ruined everything for her.

She accomplished absolutely nothing by going to court, except putting Johnny and Chanel on notice that she wants to steal the baby back from them.

Now, everyone knows she can talk, and more than one person suspects she was faking her disorder.

She also made an enemy out of EJ, which isn’t a good idea, and she’s soon going to be removed from Bayview and forced to live with her mother.

Do you think Sophia is going to get what’s coming to her soon?

Of course, that doesn’t mean Sophia is done causing trouble.

Now she’ll be free to insert herself into Tate and Holly’s relationship, and I don’t trust her not to steal the baby from Johnny and Chanel and give him to random people, since she believes that as the birth mother, she should have veto power over the adoption, even though she gave up her parental rights months ago.

With Johnny, Chanel, Holly, and Tate all set to leave Salem toward the end of 2026, I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a big exit story involving Sophia’s next plan, although there are no official spoilers suggesting that yet.

Kristen Is Not The Only One Confronting Someone

Stephanie’s trauma story is moving forward, and she will confront Owen on Days of Our Lives during the week of 3-30-26.

I’m not sure yet how I feel about this development.

I’m thrilled that Stephanie is getting a trauma story.

(Peacock/Screenshot)

It was unrealistic that after being physically and emotionally abused for weeks in that secret room, she was able to walk into the hospital instead of needing to be transported in a gurney, but at least Days of Our Lives gave her PTSD symptoms afterward.

I’d prefer she work through this with a therapist, and it seems weird that Marlena has not even spoken to her yet, at least not on-screen.

Instead, Owen is going to somehow play Alex and Jeremy against each other, even though he should be in jail, and ultimately Stephanie will go to the police station to confront him.

Those kinds of confrontations never go well. It only gives the obsessed person a reason to believe they still have a chance with the object of their obsession.

I’d rather Owen be shipped off to prison (for real, this time) and never be seen in Salem again.

There Will Be Story Movement on A Few Other Fronts

Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of 3-30-26 promise several emotional storylines:

  • Julie encourages JJ to seek help for his depression. Hopefully we’re not headed for another suicide attempt, but I’m glad that JJ finally has a story.
  • Belle is hurt that Shawn rejects her offer. So am I. I’d rather have Belle and Shawn’s relationship rekindling than any more of Jada and Shawn — if Shawn didn’t want Belle, he should have hired a home health aide.
  • EJ shows Lexie to Theo, while Chanel questions Paulina. Lexie needs to wake up soon. She’s supposed to be on canvas for 5 months total, so if 4 of them feature her comatose, I’m going to be extremely annoyed.
