Here is a wrap-up of all the news you need to know from Tuesday, March 17, 2026.
Paradise must be making waves for Hulu because the hit post-apocalyptic drama has been renewed for Season 3 midway through its current run on the streaming platform.
The renewal is a no-brainer.

The creatives have been vocal about the show concluding with a third season, and given that the numbers have been good, it was always expected to reach that goal.
What is odd about the press release confirming the pickup is that there’s no mention of it being for a final season.
Obviously, creative plans can change, and the show’s success could have driven that.
If that is the case, then hopefully the mystery warrants more episodes.

It’s never good when great shows are kept alive as they run out of steam creatively.
For now, all we can do is watch the remainder of Paradise Season 2, which airs Mondays on Hulu through March 30, 2026.
The series stars Sterling K. Brown, Julianne Nicholson, Sarah Shahi, Nicole Brydon Bloom, Krys Marshall, Enuka Okuma, Aliyah Mastin, Percy Daggs IV, and Charlie Evans, with recurring guest stars James Marsden, Shailene Woodley, Thomas Doherty, and Jon Beavers.
Meanwhile, Prime Video has confirmed the return date of one of TV’s biggest action stars, but the show is switching mediums, becoming a movie.

Jack Ryan: Ghost War, a sequel to the beloved 2018-2023, will begin streaming on Wednesday, May 20, 2026.
Plot details are being kept well under wraps for Jack Ryan: Ghost War, but thanks to the official trailer, we have some intel.

Over on CBS, one of TV’s longest-running scripted shows is coming to an end.
The Neighborhood Season 8 marks the series’ swan song, and CBS has now scheduled the series finale and a farewell special.
We’ll start with the series finale.
It will air Monday, May 11, so fans have just under two months to prepare for the end.

To help get in the goodbye mindset, Entertainment Tonight is hosting The Neighborhood: A Farewell Special.
The special telecast will delve into the final days of filming and feature never-before-seen interviews with the cast.
We don’t get many of these kinds of specials anymore, so we’re all for it. The Neighborhood has had a long and successful run.
So it deserves a send-off.
