Set at Godolkin University, Gen V follows a group of students who aspire to become the next great generation of superheroes, being part of The Seven, becoming film and television stars, or aspiring to occupy some important place within Vought International. However, they will discover that behind the honorific facade that the University presents to the world, hides a dangerous and dark conspiracy that has led one of Godolkin’s great promises to death.
Gen V stars Jaz Sinclair as Marie Moreau, Chance Perdomo as Andre Anderson, Lizze Broadway as Emma Meyer, Maddie Phillips as Cate Dunlap, London Thor and Derek Luh as Jordan Li, Asa Germann as Sam Riordan, Shelley Conn as Indira Shetty, and Patrick Schwarzenegger as Luke Riordan aka Golden Boy. And their story is set to continue.
Variety confirms that Amazon MGM Studios has decided to renew the series for a second season, which is already in development. In the official statement, which you can read below, head of the company Vernon Sanders expressed his excitement for what’s next for Gen V and The Boys franchise:
