Samantha Sleeper is a luxury bridal brand distinguished by exceptional craftsmanship, precision, and a deeply personal approach to design. Each gown is made entirely by hand in studio, where construction, material quality, and individuality form the foundation of the work. The brand champions an aesthetic where timeless elegance meets contemporary sensibility, creating bridal that feels refined, intentional, and unmistakably elevated.

The collections balance romantic silhouettes and delicate detail with clean lines and modern shape, resulting in gowns that feel both timeless and distinctly personal. Ethereal yet assured, the designs are defined by sculptural softness, thoughtful proportion, and premium French lace sourced from heritage mills such as Solstiss in Caudry, France. Every gown is constructed using couture level techniques, with close attention to movement, longevity, and how the piece lives on the body.

At the core of Samantha Sleeper is a vow centric design philosophy. Each piece is developed with intention around the ceremony itself, rooted in the spiritual agreement being made and the identity of the woman wearing it. The gown is never meant to overpower or perform, but to support the bride and reflect who she is in that moment. Artistry lives in the fabric, the handwork, and the precision of the cut, allowing form and detail to work together in a way that feels natural, expressive, and fully resolved.

Craftsmanship with purpose is central to the brand. Every gown is meticulously assembled by hand using couture techniques such as hand beading, appliqué, and precision tailoring. Materials are sourced with discernment, excess fabric is preserved and reused in future embroideries and textile manipulation, and sustainability is treated as an extension of quality rather than a statement. The result is bridal that feels luxurious, intelligent, and designed to endure well beyond the wedding day.

The client experience is integral to the work. Each gown begins with an in depth conversation about the bride’s vision, values, and relationship to the ceremony. From concept sketches through material selection and hand construction, the process is collaborative, thoughtful, and exacting. Appointments may take place in the studio or in private settings, with every detail refined to honor not only body and form, but story and emotion. The final gown feels uniquely hers, effortless yet striking, and deeply aligned with the moment she is stepping into.

Samantha Sleeper was founded by American designer Samantha Sleeper, a Parsons School of Design graduate whose debut collection earned coverage on the cover of Women’s Wear Daily. Her work spans bridal couture, art, and lifestyle, unified by a commitment to craftsmanship, material intelligence, and sustainable practice. She is widely recognized for her innovative lace collaging technique, an early approach to transforming fabric remnants into richly layered textiles, and for her ability to balance romantic expression with modern restraint.

Beyond fashion, Sleeper’s creative practice includes large scale art installations shown at the New York Times Center, BAM, and the Crosby Street Hotel. She has expanded her influence into leadership roles focused on brand strategy and sustainable product development, including her role as President of Rosebud Woman. She also serves as a lecturer at Parsons School of Design, mentoring the next generation of designers on integrating creativity with conscientious practice. She currently lives and works in Connecticut, creating her gowns surrounded by gardens and woodland, where nature remains a constant source of inspiration.

Samantha Sleeper has been featured in top tier media including Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Brides, Forbes, The New York Times, People, and more, recognized for her refined approach to bridal couture, material innovation, and thoughtful design philosophy.
