Kahan broke the news on Instagram this week. He kept it short: “Oh my god both Wembley shows and the Dublin show sold out. If you didn’t get tickets, sign up for the waitlist on my tour site.” The post pulled close to 150,000 likes. For an indie folk artist, that kind of response hits different.

Kahan’s been one of folk-pop’s better stories for a few years now. He’s a Vermont guy through and through, and that comes through in his music.
